The Shipper handling your order is entirely responsible for all aspects of shipping your order, and Luxargo Ltd disclaims any liability for any aspect of the shipping process. Any questions, complaints or problems you may have should be directed to the Shipper using the information provided to you by Luxargo Ltd or the Online Retailer who processed your order.

You are responsible for any duty, tax or VAT that may be charged in your jurisdiction if the Shipper has not covered it. Luxargo Ltd at its sole discretion may offer you non-monetary assistance in providing information or documentation to any competent customs authority making such a request.


Standard Shipping

We offer FREE international shipping to most locations from Hong Kong. We ship using Registered Airmail service of Hong Kong Post. Please note that shipping via Airmail is limited to a maximum weight of 2 kg in one shipment and it does not include any insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or other type of damage caused to the parcel during the transport.

When your order is confirmed we will send you an email within 1-2 days to inform you that it has been shipped. Once the parcel is in the hands of Hong Kong Post, please give it 24 hours to process before you receive a tracking number. Hong Kong Post does not allow any recall, detention or diversion once a parcel is handed over to them.

Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the correct value on all shipments. We cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue sending products to some countries.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

You should be aware that the prices indicated on our website are not inclusive of import duties, local GST/VAT or brokerage fees. You are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees and these are not included. Orders may need to clear customs in your country. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Your order may incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges and if so, the import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.


Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.  

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.
